1. Custom Items: We take pride in creating unique, custom-made items tailored to your specific preferences and needs. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items. It is essential to double-check all customization details, such as colors, sizes, and spellings before placing your order. Exceptions are only made when the error is on our part.

2. Non-Custom Items: For our non-custom items, we do offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

• If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a refund/replacement. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.
• In cases where we shipped the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and sending you the correct one.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund request for eligible non-custom items, please contact us at support@mahogany-memories.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and guide you through the return process, if applicable.

Upon receiving the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the progress of the item's production. We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests for custom orders that are already in production or have been completed.
